Unfortunately, sometimes local planning authorities, local communities and developers are unable to resolve their conflicts and have to use the public inquiry or appeals process to resolve complex planning matters that affect our historic environment. We are here to offer expert witness advice, prepare well structured and authoritative proofs of evidence and present ourselves for cross examination at public inquiry, hearing or appeal. As with all of our work, we cover historic landscapes, designed landscapes such as parks and gardens and any key views, conservation areas, buried archaeology and historic buildings and their settings.
